Hello Everyone!

We recently sent out an email consent form to all the owners. What this form does is allows you as an owner to opt-out of the requirement to receive some communications via snail mail (USPS). Some of these communications would be annual disclosures and other required notices.

Not only does this save tree’s and help the environment, it also saves Sunrise Pointe HOA money in the form of postage fee’s and printing costs. Also, it allows you to have a ‘soft copy’ of the forms for safe keeping on your PC/Mac.

Please consider signing and returning this form to our office. We need the original copies of your signatures in order to comply with the law.
